These terms and conditions apply to purchases made via www.ecolinescovers.com by consumers and business customers (B2B).

2. Applicability

2.1 These general terms and conditions apply to every offer from Rubick Products BV and to every distance contract concluded between Rubick Products BV and customers via the webshop.

2.2 Deviations or additions are only valid if confirmed in writing by Rubick Products BV.

2.3 If (part of) a provision is null and void or is annulled, the other provisions will remain in full force.

3. Definitions

Consumer: the natural person who does not act in the exercise of a profession or business.

Business customer: any customer who acts in the exercise of a profession or business.

Distance contract: an agreement concluded via our webshop.

Day: calendar day.

4. Offer and prices

4.1 The offer contains a complete and accurate description of the products offered. Obvious mistakes or errors in the offer are not binding on us.

4.2 All prices are stated in euros and include VAT for consumers. For

4.3 Shipping costs and any other costs will be clearly stated during the ordering process.

4.4 Promotions and offers are valid while stocks last and/or for the specified period.

5. Conclusion of the agreement

5.1 The agreement is concluded at the moment the customer accepts the offer and meets the conditions set therein (including payment).

5.2 Rubick Products BV may refuse an order or impose special conditions on its execution, for example in the event of doubts about the accuracy of information or payment problems.

6. Customer account and data

6.1 The customer is responsible for keeping login details confidential and for using the account.

6.2 The customer guarantees the accuracy and completeness of the information provided. Any inaccuracies must be reported immediately.

7. Payment

7.1 Payment takes place via the payment methods offered during the ordering process.

7.2 In the event of late payment by business customers, Rubick Products BV is entitled to charge statutory (commercial) interest and reasonable extrajudicial collection costs.

7.3 Ownership of delivered products will only be transferred after full payment has been made (retention of title).

8. Delivery, execution and transfer of risk

8.1 Delivery times are indicative.
Exceeding this gives the consumer the right to terminate the agreement if
delivery fails to take place after a reminder and within a reasonable period.

8.2 The risk of damage or loss remains with us until the moment of
delivery to the customer or a customer-designated address
representative.

8.3 If delivery proves impossible (e.g. due to an incorrect address), additional costs may apply.
(Re)shipping costs will be charged.

9. Right of withdrawal (consumers only)

9.1 The consumer has the right to cancel the agreement within 14 calendar days after receipt without giving any reason.

9.2 After notification of withdrawal, the consumer has 14 days to return the product. We will refund the purchase price, including standard shipping costs, within 14 days of notification of withdrawal, but may withhold reimbursement until we have received the product or until the consumer proves that it has been returned.

9.3 The consumer is only liable for any diminished value of the product resulting from further use than necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product.

9.4 Exceptions: custom-made and clearly personalized products;
sealed products which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and were unsealed after delivery; audio, video or computer software were unsealed after delivery; products with a limited shelf life.

10. Return procedure

Register your return via info@ecolinescovers.com or via the return form. Pack carefully (in
preferably in the original packaging) and include the order number or invoice.
Returns are at the sender's risk; we recommend sending insured or registered mail.

11. Returns from business customers (B2B)

Business customers do not have a statutory right of withdrawal. Returns are only possible if agreed upon in writing in advance.

12. Conformity and warranty

12.1 We guarantee that delivered products comply with the agreement (conformity). For consumer purchases, the consumer's statutory rights in the event of non-conformity apply.

12.2 Business customers can only claim under the warranty as expressly agreed.

13. Liability

13.1 For consumers, we do not limit our liability further than is permitted by mandatory law.

13.2 For business customers, our liability is limited to the invoice amount of the relevant order, with an absolute maximum of €25,000, except in the case of intent or deliberate recklessness.

13.3 We are not liable for consequential damages (such as loss of profits) for business customers.

14. Force Majeure

In the event of force majeure (such as disruptions, strikes, government measures, transport problems) we are entitled to suspend our obligations or to terminate the agreement in whole or in part.

15. Complaints and disputes

15.1 Complaints can be reported via
info@ecolinescovers.com. We aim to provide a substantive response within 14
to dawn.

15.2 Consumers retain their statutory rights. If a complaint cannot be resolved amicably, you can turn to appropriate ADR (out-of-court dispute resolution) or the competent court.

15.3 Please note: the European ODR platform will be closed on 20 July 2025; an ODR link will no longer be available.

16. Intellectual property

All (intellectual) rights to texts, images, logos and other content on the webshop belong to Rubick Products BV or its licensors. Without prior written permission
permission is not permitted. Copying or reuse is not permitted.

17. Privacy

We process personal data in accordance with our
Privacy Statement at www.ecolinescovers.com/privacy.

18. Applicable law and choice of forum

These terms and conditions and the agreement are governed by Dutch law. Consumers may also bring a claim before the court of their place of residence. For business customers, the court of North Holland, Alkmaar location, has exclusive jurisdiction.

19. Changes

We may amend these terms and conditions. The latest version will be published on the website and will apply to new orders.
